Hi Shawn! I’ve put together a selection of video content I shot for The Hideaway in Middleboro during their complete renovation of the restaurant; from initial teaser of the demo to the friends & family soft open. Similar imagery would align well with Red Hand while also allowing us to focus on each aspect of the business from in-house brewing, draught selection, great liquor / bourbon availability to live entertainment, food truck and also outside with games and the lake view!

What I envision for Red Hand to start would be an initial walkthrough video: showing off the empty space and the layout. This will allow us to focus on the space itself, showing off the bottle and draught selections and in-house brewing equipment. The second part of this would to be film while there’s a packed house, a prime Friday or Saturday night with live entertainment, people playing outside, showing orders from the food truck to show off. I can film your staff pouring drinks, guests getting their items, smiling faces, having fun - a fun, easy-going film. We could put together a fast-paced transition from empty / hero shots to the same but when packed with people, making for a fun dynamic.

We can do 1 long form video, with imagery as mentioned above. This will be useful for Facebook ads, as it will show off the space, the selection, and bring light to that you’re not just a brewery in that you offer both liquor and on-site food while showing off that it is family friendly.

With the content we’ll film, we can then chop it up into 3 (shorter form) videos:

[i.] vertical for better viewing on Instagram + TikTok, a bit more fast-paced than the long-form to keep attention on these platforms.

[ii.] Focus on both in-house brewed beer as Red Hand but also the draught selection. As I mentioned this will be great to tag all the current breweries on social so they can then repost / share to their following, further increasing your organic reach. Often you can mark a post as a collaboration so it will automatically show up to their following (once they approve). The latter is better for a single brewery / vendor at a time.

[iii.] Liquor & bourbon selection, including rare items and a mention of the bourbon club.

The content we can achieve can go in so many different directions based on what you have at your disposal, this being just the beginning. There are a handful of ideas I have to continue with content creation (meet the brewer, watch “bartender” pour your favorite cocktail, the origin story of Red Hand, a brew day, a full rundown of Bourbon club, etc). The social media element of this is a huge consideration, making sure we stick to a proper cadence so the almighty algorithm favors Red Hand when content is posted. I would look to clean up the Instagram feed making sure posts are kept to content like new beer / draught list, liquor, staff pouring / guests, etc. and keep any entertainment dates or specials to the story (and then highlights) so as to not “clog” your page; those types of posts don’t get much engagement and lessen your reach overall. We don’t want that!

For what I’ve proposed, I would look for your $2000 investment. This will include filming over 2 days, (4) videos as mentioned above and access to your social media to take a look at current analytics as well as develop a further plan for social media posting and some house cleaning, posting said videos. I will look to cover social media posts for up to 30 days (Instagram and TikTok), gathering further analytics on how the content performs as well as audience demographics. I can take imagery from the videos and make image posts to keep audience engagement and posting schedule normal. With Monday & Tuesday being closed, we should look to post 3-5 times per week, averaging one post a day but making sure it is quality, meaningful content rather than “just to post.” Stories will also help to accomplish this, seeing that posting (1) story at a time maximizes reach.

Please let me know your thoughts! There are certainly a lot of specifics when it comes to filming and what we can cover, but I’m confident we can put some beautiful imagery together for Red Hand and get the word out that it’s not just a brewery!
